• C.P Ramaswamy Aiyer Foundation conducts an Inter-School Sanskrit drama competition every year in connection with the birthday of Sri C.P Ramaswamy Aiyar.
• This year the competition was held on the 12th of November 2011.
• All the schools had been asked to put up a Sanskrit Drama based on the theme ‘Down With Corruption.
• 7 schools participated in this competition and the drama staged by our school was awarded the First prize.
• An effective title “ RACHAYEMA NAVAM ITIHASAM “ (let uscreate new history)had been given to our drama.
• A special prize was announced this year for the best script and this prize has been bagged by the Sanskrit teachers Mrs.Girija Krishnamurthy and Mrs.Mangayarkarasi who had scripted the play.
• The prize distribution was held on 24th November2011
